Description:
American Government acquaints senior level students with the American political system and includes such units of study as the Constitution, the structure of government, political parties, interest groups, civil right, and comparative political and economic systems. Through experiences ranging from individual activities and group projects to lectures, discussions, reading, multimedia presentations as well as research opportunities, students learn the why and how of active citizenship. Assessment will be achieved through a variety of written and/or oral techniques.
Bring to Class:
TUITION: The tuition is $90 per course. Tuition must be received before registration is complete.
ATTENDANCE POLICY: Students are allowed two absences and on the third absence will not receive credit for the course
Please bring a notebook and a pen or pencil to class.
